I discovered my passion for food and especially cakes and pastries from a very young age. Watching my mother making the most delicious cakes even before I could see over the kitchen counter, inspired me to start practicing my skills in the kitchen, although I thought my cakes were amazing my little brother’s face said a different story.
Luckily I refined my culinary skills at the Prue Leith College of Food and Wine and gained valuable experience in the finer art of gourmet food. Although I was in my element my heart yearned back to my younger years and the smell and taste of delicious cakes and pastries drifting from my kitchen.
It was this yearning that planted the seed for “Cake Flour”, a place I can relive my younger years and give others the delight of experiencing wonderful and delicious cakes and pastries. With the support of my great family and friends my dream became a reality and today I can’t think of anything else I would rather do than share the joy of wonderful tasty cakes with all of you.
